If you wish to proceed with a cancellation or a modification of your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. You can send your request to our main email. Please remember to quote your Booking ID.

Depending on the time of cancellation or the modification request before the departure, the Booking price is refunded as follows:

A. Low Season [1/11 - 30/4]

• Up to 72 hours prior to departure: Booking can be canceled or modificated without any charge.
• Cancellations made in less than 72 hours before departure are NOT entitled to a refund and no modifications can be made.

B. High Season [1/5 - 31/10]

• Up to 48 hours prior to departure: Booking can be canceled or modificated without any charge.
• Cancellations made in less than 48 hours before departure are NOT entitled to a refund and no modifications can be made.

All refunds will be made to your credit card, you used to pay.
