5. BOOKING CONDITIONS
When booking -purchasing a provided service- the user must follow the information entry process as reflected by the booking engine on the Website
The data entered during the reservation must be true and complete.
In order to complete a reservation and purchase the service, the user has to pay the final and total cost of the chosen service, as defined by the booking engine.
By completing the booking process, the user instructs the Cretatour to mediate for the supply of the selected service and to transfer the final confirmation of the service purchased to the user.
Before purchasing any service, the user shall get informed and accept the terms and conditions governing the service, as they are defined by the Provider and respectively announced in the Website.
In case of a change in the service purchased (e.g. cancellation), please read the Cancellations & Changes Policy. Cretatour will inform the user first via email and second by phone, as long as the customer has provided with the correct contact details. Cretatour shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
6. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
6.1 You must not misuse this Website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on this Website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting any letter.
